1. Return Window

We offer a 60-day return period, starting from the date your order is delivered. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted under any circumstances.


2. Eligibility Conditions

To qualify for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused and unwashed

  • All original tags and protective film must still be attached

  • The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging

  • No accessories, inserts, gifts, or parts may be missing

  • The item must be free of stains, odors, hair, dust, or visible wear

  • Items bought in sale can't be returned

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not fully meet these conditions.


3. Return Options

You may choose one of the following:

  • 100% Store Credit
     → Free return shipping (covered by us)

  • Refund to Original Payment Method
     → We deduct a small return shipping fee based on your location

Store credit does not expire and can be used on any future purchase.


4. How to Initiate a Return

All return requests must be made by email to support@getmotivv.com.
Returns initiated via other channels or without email approval will not be accepted.

Once your return is approved, you will receive detailed return instructions.
Items sent back without approval will not be processed or refunded.


5. Inspection & Refunds

Returned items are inspected upon arrival. We may refuse a return or issue only a partial refund if:

  • The item does not meet the eligibility conditions

  • There are visible signs of wear, damage, or missing elements

  • The item arrives late without prior agreement

If accepted, your refund or store credit will be issued within 5–10 business days after inspection.


6. Final Decision Clause

Motivv reserves the right to:

  • Reject any return that does not comply with this policy

  • Make the final determination on the condition and eligibility of all returned items

  • Modify or update this return policy at any time without prior notice


7. Non-returnable Items

At this time, all items are returnable, provided they meet the above conditions.
However, Motivv reserves the right to exclude specific product categories from returns in the future.
